All participants must have a strong understanding of English to follow safety briefings and operational instructions and must demonstrate the ability to tread water while wearing a life jacket. A practical competency skill test is conducted before the tour to ensure safety for all participants.
The maximum individual weight for activities is 130kg, with jet skis rated for a combined total of 200kg including riders and luggage. Operators must be at least 16 years old (with consent if under 18), while passengers must be at least 8 years old. All tours depend on suitable weather conditions for safety and comfort.

Requirements: All customers must understand English. Inform the team before arrival of any medical conditions that may impact safety. Minimum fitness level is required, including the ability to tread water wearing a life jacket.
What to bring: Protective sun wear clothing, towel, driver's licence or photo ID, sunscreen, water bottle, and suitable hat. Cameras must have a secure lanyard. Bring your own or hire a stinger suit.
Safety & Storage: Jet Skis feature secure storage compartments for personal items. Only bring essentials. The operator is not liable for lost or damaged property. Attach a safety strap to sunglasses.
