In the afternoon, ramp up the excitement with an adrenaline-filled white water rafting journey. Guided by experts, you'll spend up to two hours tackling the rapids of Barron Gorge National Park.

The combo combines two half-day activities: approximately 1.5–2 hours of rainforest tubing on the Mulgrave River and approximately 1.5–2 hours of white water rafting on the Barron River. Equipment, safety instruction and professional river guides are included for both activities.

After tubing, you return to Cairns at around midday and have approximately 2½ hours before the rafting pickup. This gives you time to have lunch, relax and change into dry clothes before the afternoon activity.

Because Barron River rafting has a minimum age of 12 years, participants must be at least 12 to do both activities in the same day. Tubing alone has a minimum age of 5.
